Erika is the HR Director of Raiffeisen Bank and has spent her entire professional career in the banking sector. After working at Inter-Európa Bank, she joined Raiffeisen Bank in October 2008 as Head of Collections, a function she led until her appointment as HR Director in 2024.
In her HR work, she considers a strong understanding of business operations, close collaboration and data-supported decision-making to be the most important factors. She believes in skills-based organisations, where curiosity and openness are key drivers of development and professional fulfilment. Since childhood, Erika has been involved in several sports, and an active lifestyle has always played an important role in her life.
She actively promotes the benefits of physical activity within the Bank, both by participating in sports programmes and by supporting initiatives that encourage colleagues to become more active.
