Tamás has more than 20 years of professional experience in multicultural and multinational environments, during which he gained significant experience as an HR business partner, in HR operations, resource management, and learning and development. Since 2009, Tamás has held various HR management positions in Budapest and London. During his time there, Tamás had the opportunity to lead both small and large teams. After working for Randstad, Avis, Diageo, and Novartis, Tamás joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he has worked as an HR manager for the past five years and currently oversees several countries in Southeast Europe. Tamás's most important goal as a leader is to create a supportive and ambitious environment where everyone can be themselves and thus bring out the best in themselves.
