Dr. Róbert Barczi is a Hungarian football executive and currently serves as Sporting Director of the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ).
He has extensive experience across senior football administration, youth development, competition management and federation-level strategy. Before becoming Sporting Director in 2020, he worked as MLSZ Competition Director and previously held leadership roles at regional level and at Nyíregyháza Spartacus
He also has a strong international background: he completed the UEFA Certificate in Football Management, has worked as a UEFA Delegate, and was selected for FIFA’s Diploma in Football Technical Leadership programme.
