She worked for 25 years in the public healthcare sector as a manager and then as a senior manager. In recent years, prevention and lifestyle management have been the main focus of her work. Her goal and mission is to promote a conscious and healthy lifestyle at all levels, from early childhood to old age. She tries to bring exercise closer to people of different ages and interests with innovative solutions.
